  3. Be consistent. Develop a reputation for being the trusted go to source for your industry by showing up regularly
  4. Be genuine, authentic, passionate, and caring. Demonstrate through action how much you care about the people in your network.
Think of these four steps as concentric circles that gradually ripple out bigger and bigger as your repeat the same four steps. Before long, you´ll be a recognized center of influence.
Build a quality network
Start building out your online profiles by reaching out to individuals.
  • Who are your target market.
  • Who match the criteria of your ideal client.
  • Whom your genuinely admire and would like to meet.
  • Whose books you´ve read, seminars you´ve attended, or blogs you subscribe to.
  • Whom you´d like to build relationship with.
  • Who are your peers.
  • Who are your contacts
  • Who provide great sources of curated news, industry resources, and unique content that you can share with your audience.
Provide Quality Content
You can become a content director by being mindful about the sources where you cherry-pick content and constantly provide excellent material that combines your own field of experience and other people´s content. By sharing other people´s content you provide your audience with a wider range of information while supporting your Golden Rolodex.

Be Consistent
Delivering consistently valuable content requires frequent action. The frequency element is vital in establishing a flow for which your audience can expect to see and learn from you. Imagine that you have all of your profiles created and are fully engaging on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, your website blog, YouTube, and so forth. You´re producing excellent quality content and sharing it on automation.
Be Genuine, Authentic, Passionate, and Caring
You absolutely have to care about people, care for your products, care for the service you provide, your brand, and making a difference. Then you separate yourself from the crowd.
